Chapel Playhouse 

The Chapel Playhouse is approximately 12' 10"  high to the tip of the steeple and comes in three sizes. 

  • 2" x 3" wood wall framing

  • 2" x 4" wood trusses 2' on center

  • Duratemp siding pre-fastened onto wall panels to insure that the panels are square

  • Panelized wall sections (not just pre-cut) saves time in assembly

  • Straight trim pre-fastened to panels

Chapel Playhouse 

You Provide:

  • Shingles
  • Paint (exterior house paint)
  • Floor (if purchased without floor kit)
  • Three 4' x 4' pressure treated posts under floor.

Any additional items needed before assembling your playhouse can be purchased at any local home improvement store.

In addition to the standard features that come with our easy-to-assemble kits, options you can purchase for your playhouse include an inside loft, chimney, and extra windows, shutters and flower boxes.

Chapel Playhouse Dimensions

 

  • The 8' wide playhouses has 2" x 3" wall studs and 2" x 4" roof joists

  • There is roughly a 4-5" overhang on all playhouses

  • To build your own floor, the size of the floor needs to be the exact size of the playhouse. The walls are designed to go on a wooden deck, so the siding extends below the wall framing by approx. 3" to cover the floor framing. If you order the kit without a floor to place the kit on a concrete or masonry floor, you'll need to add a couple of 2 x 4's under the wall plates or cut off the extended siding.

  • We recommend a crushed stone base 1' wider on either side of the playhouse
