The Cape Cod Playhouse is approximately 9' high and is 10' x 12'. It
comes with higher sidewalls and double adult doors. This makes it even more practical for storage
after the kids grow up. It is also ideal for areas which are not permitted to have sheds.
The Cape Cod come pre-primed, without shingles and drip edge. Because
of it's large size, the kit does not come with a floor. These are all items which you can purchase
at a local home improvement store. Everything else is included in the kit.

In addition to the standard features that come with our
easy-to-assemble kits, you also have the option to purchase a White Deck and Painted Rail
manufactured in our factory. Other options you can purchase for your playhouse include an
inside loft, chimney, and extra windows, shutters and flower boxes.
