The Cape Cod Playhouse is approximately 6' high and is 4' wide x 6'
long. It comes with higher sidewalls and an adult door. This makes it even more practical for storage
after the kids grow up. It is also ideal for areas which are not permitted to have sheds.
The Cape Cod come pre-primed, without shingles and drip edge. The 4' x
6' kit comes with a floor.

Because everyone wants a different color paint, the Cape Cod 4' x 6'
comes primed and ready to paint. Many people match the color of their house to paint their
children's playhouse.
