These Cape Cod Playhouses come in 4 sizes: 6' x 8', 8' x 8', 8' x
10' and 8' x 12'. They come with higher sidewalls and an adult doors. This makes it even more
practical for storage after the kids grow up. It is also ideal for areas which are not permitted
to have sheds.
The Cape Cod come pre-primed, without shingles and drip edge.
These kits come with optional floorkits.
Because everyone wants a different color paint, the Cape Cod
comes primed and ready to paint. Many people match the color of their house to paint
