Cape
Cod Cottage Style Playhouse
|

The Cape Cod Playhouse comes in six (6) different sizes from a
small 4' x 6' to a spacious 10' x 12' playhouse.
They come with high sidewalls and double adult doors. This
makes it even more practical for storage after the kids grow up. It is also ideal for areas
which are not permitted to have sheds.
The Cape Cod come pre-primed, without shingles and drip edge.

delivery details for information on what the delivery includes and what you have to
be prepared to do.

Note:
The 1st dimension refers to the side with the adult door and the 2nd number refers to the side with the kids
door. Example: 6' x 8' Cape Cod Playhouse: the adult door is on the 6' side and the kids door is on the 8' side.

There is
roughly a 4-5" overhang on all playhouses

To build
your own floor, the size of the floor needs to be the exact size of the playhouse. The walls are
designed to go on a wooden deck, so the siding extends below the wall framing by approx. 3" to
cover the floor framing. If you order the kit without a floor to place the kit on a concrete or
masonry floor, you'll need to add a couple of 2 x 4's under the wall plates or cut off the extended
siding.

a crushed stone base 1' wider on either side of the playhouse

feet deep by the width of the playhouse.
