 Pennfield Playhouse

The Pennfield Playhouse is approximately 8' high and comes in four (4) sizes. It comes with higher sidewalls and an adult door. This makes it even more practical for storage after the kids grow up. It is also ideal for areas which are not permitted to have sheds. The Pennfield walls come in panels for quick assembly.

The unique two-slope roof automatically creates a covered front porch & rail (included).

The Pennfield playhouses come pre-primed, without shingles and drip edge. It comes with a floor kit.

Standard Pennfield Playhouse kit includes:

  • 2" x 3" wood wall framing

  • 2" x 4" wood trusses 2' on center for 11' x 8', 11' x 10' and 11' x 12'

  • 2" x 3" wood trusses 2' on center for 9'  x 8' playhouse.

  • Duratemp siding pre-fastened onto wall panels (insures panels are square)

  • Wall sections come in panels (not just pre-cut) which saves time in assembly.

  • Straight trim pre-fastened to panels

  • All other parts are pre-cut and ready to assemble.

  • 2 working 14" x 21" windows with safety glass, grids and screens

  • Shutters and flowerboxes

  • 9' x 8' and 11' x 8' come with 2 Capecod dormers (non-functioning)

  • 11' x 10' and 11' x 12' come with 3 Capecod dormers (non-functioning)

  • These dormers are not open to the outside

  • Child's Dutch door on side (40" H x 20" W)

  • Adult Dutch door on side (61" x 34")

  • Railing for porch

  • Covered porch 3' deep by width of building

  • All hardware needed to assemble

  • Outside corner trim (white aluminum)

  • Pre-primed trim and siding

Notes on Dimensions: The first number on the playhouse sizes below is the depth of the unit; the second number is the width of the unit. Example: the 11' x 8' is 11' deep and 8' wide, when looking at the side with the child door.

* Shipping: All prices do not include shipping. They are shipped by common truck carriers which normally provide curbside service. This means that you are responsible for unloading your shelter from the truck and moving it to where you are going to set it up.
