The Pennfield Playhouse is approximately 8' high and comes in four
(4) sizes. It comes with higher sidewalls and an adult door. This makes it even more practical for
storage after the kids grow up. It is also ideal for areas which are not permitted to have sheds.
The Pennfield walls come in panels for quick assembly.
The unique two-slope roof automatically creates a covered front porch
& rail (included).
The Pennfield playhouses come pre-primed, without shingles and drip
edge. It comes with a floor kit.

Notes on Dimensions: The first number on
the playhouse sizes below is the depth of the unit; the second number is the
width of the unit. Example: the 11' x 8' is 11' deep and 8' wide, when looking at the
side with the child door.
* Shipping:
All prices do not include shipping. They are shipped by common truck carriers which normally
provide curbside service. This means that you are responsible for unloading your shelter from the truck
and moving it to where you are going to set it up. Some truck drivers will assist you in unloading the shelter
