truly a dream come true for your child! Sizes available are 8' x 16' and 10' x 18'. Both are
approximately 10 feet at the peak.

Any additional items needed before assembling your playhouse
can be purchased at any local home improvement store. By not including the above items
(which you can get locally) we are able to reduce the price and shipping charges, saving
you significantly!
In addition to the standard features that come with our
easy-to-assemble kits, options you can purchase for your playhouse include an inside loft,
chimney, and extra windows, shutters and flower boxes.

·To build your own floor, the size
of the floor needs to be the exact size of the playhouse. The walls are designed to go on a
wooden deck, so the siding extends below the wall framing by approx. 3" to cover the floor
framing. If you order the kit without a floor to place the kit on a concrete or masonry
floor, you'll need to add a couple of 2 x 4's under the wall plates or cut off the extended
siding.
