Brookhaven Wooden Playhouse

Brookhaven joins a 10×6 wooden playhouse and a 12×12
storage shed kit. After the kids outgrow it, the playhouse becomes a potting shed or garden shed.
Two windows (as pictured, openings
pre-cut) with decorative shutters and flower boxes are included. Contact us if you want additional
windows with shutters.

Precut framing lumber. Precut siding. Quick and

Trusses are precut and ready to assemble. Spacing
trusses 24" on center makes your roof strong enough to bear most any American snowfall |

Roof sheathing is precut; so is the white pine
trim. The playhouse does not include shingles. Buying them locally let you match the shingle
style and color on your house. |

Doors are pre-built for a beautiful finish. For
that professionally painted look, do the door frames and door siding separately. |

Windows add light, ventilation and value to your
playhouse/shed. Two windows with pre-cut openings come standard with the Brookhaven. Each has
decorative pre-built wood shutters and flower box. Price: $59.00 each.

and trim nails, powder coated black door hardware, and fully illustrated, step by step
